Problem Statement :

Navigating the complexities of financial transactions can be a cumbersome task, especially in a rapidly evolving digital world. Algerian users often faced challenges in finding a single platform that could cater to their diverse financial needs, from sending money to loved ones to paying bills and topping up mobile balances. The absence of a unified solution led to fragmented experiences and inefficiencies in managing financial tasks.

Solution :

Zad Pay emerged as the solution to these challenges, consolidating diverse financial services under one user-friendly application. By providing a seamless interface for sending and receiving money, facilitating bill payments, charging phone balances, and enabling gaming transactions, Zad Pay has redefined the way Algerians manage their finances. The integration with the Zad Pay card enhances accessibility, allowing users to make transactions with unparalleled ease.

My Role :

As the UI/UX Designer for Zad Pay, I played a pivotal role in crafting an intuitive and visually appealing user experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I contributed to the design and refinement of the application's interface, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly journey. My responsibilities included:
